Why PrimeScents
Fine fragrance, never air care
Every PrimeScents building has its own signature scent, created with DROM, the fine fragrance house we have worked with since 2007.
Engineered for the space
Coverage is specified by zone, air volume and airflow, so the scent is the same wherever a visitor stands.
Fully managed by Equal Strategy
We install, refill, calibrate and service every diffuser. A client never touches a diffuser.
Scent delivered through your building’s air system
HVAC scent diffusion connects a commercial diffuser to the building’s air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs) or ductwork, so fragrance travels with the supply air. In Singapore buildings, that means working with the ACMV system that already conditions every public space.
It is the most reliable way to scent large or complex areas evenly, with no visible equipment in the lobby. PrimeScents designs, installs and services HVAC and ACMV scent systems for Grade A buildings, banks, corporate headquarters and hotels. Singapore’s commercial buildings typically run central ACMV systems, with air handling units serving lobbies and fan coil units on tenant floors, which suits integrated scenting. It is a core part of our commercial scenting services in Singapore.
When HVAC integration is the right choice
HVAC scenting suits large lobbies, atriums and multi-floor client areas where standalone units would be visible or uneven. Smaller or separately ventilated zones are often better served by standalone diffusers. Most buildings use both. Compare HVAC and standalone diffusers. This is HVAC-integrated scenting: scenting installation for commercial buildings that treats fragrance as part of the ACMV system.
What HVAC scenting delivers
Fragrance that behaves like part of the building rather than an addition to it. Learn how cold-air diffusion works and when to choose HVAC or standalone diffusers. See how scent coverage is calculated and how scent zoning works.
Even coverage across large and complex spaces
No visible diffusers in front-of-house areas
Intensity controlled per zone and per time of day
Installed, refilled and serviced by our technicians
How we integrate with your ACMV system
We work alongside your facilities team and ACMV contractor at every step.
Air system survey
We review AHU and FCU locations, supply and return air, air changes and the zones each unit serves.
Engineering and specification
We specify diffuser capacity, connection points and run schedules for each zone, together with your signature scent.
Installation, commissioning and service
We install with minimal disruption, commission and test, then manage refills and maintenance on schedule.
Frequently asked questions
1. What is an HVAC scent diffuser?
A commercial diffuser that releases fine fragrance into a building’s air handling system, so the scent is carried evenly to the spaces that system serves.
2. Does it work with ACMV systems in Singapore?
Yes. In Singapore, HVAC is usually called ACMV (air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation). Diffusers connect to AHUs, FCUs or ductwork depending on the layout.
3. Will it affect our air-conditioning?
The diffuser adds a very fine fragrance mist to the supply air. It does not change cooling performance. We coordinate every connection with your facilities team.
4. Can different zones have different intensity?
Yes. Each zone is specified and scheduled separately, so the lobby, lifts and client floors can be calibrated individually.
5. Who maintains the system?
Equal Strategy. Our technicians refill, calibrate and service every diffuser. A client never touches a diffuser.
6. Can you scent a building where we cannot connect to the ACMV?
Yes. Where integration is not possible we use standalone cold-air diffusers sized to each zone.
