In most prime Singapore towers, that impression is shaped by a single floor-standing diffuser in the corner of a 1,000 to 8,000 sq ft lobby: too strong beside the unit, faint on the far side, and filled with a fragrance that smells functional rather than premium.

1. Why does our current lobby scent smell strong in one corner?
A single diffuser releases all the fragrance from one point. People near it are overwhelmed while the far side gets little. Even coverage needs several diffusion points or HVAC integration, sized to the lobby’s air volume.
2. How large a lobby can you scent?
Any size. We specify systems by air volume rather than floor area alone, combining standalone and HVAC-integrated diffusion. We have scented spaces from compact lift lobbies to the ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, and 50,000 sq ft of exhibition space at Marina Bay Sands for BMW World Singapore.
3. Will our building smell like anywhere else?
No. Every PrimeScents client has its own signature scent. Since 2006, no two Equal Strategy clients have ever shared a scent.
4. Do our facilities staff need to refill anything?
No. Equal Strategy’s technicians handle every refill, adjustment and repair. A client never touches a diffuser.
5. Is the fragrance safe for occupied spaces?
All PrimeScents fragrances are made to IFRA standards and are alcohol-free. California-compliant formulations are available on request. Intensity is calibrated for spaces people occupy all day.
