How PrimeScents Works

What every programme includes

Fine fragrance, never air care

Every building has its own signature scent, created with DROM.

Engineered for the space

Coverage specified by zone, air volume and airflow.

Fully managed by Equal Strategy

A client never touches a diffuser.

A fully managed programme, from assessment to service

Marina Bay Sands by day

PrimeScents is a fully managed scenting programme on a service agreement. We design it, install it, run it and maintain it. Your building’s team does nothing: every diffuser is installed, refilled, adjusted and serviced by Equal Strategy’s technicians, and a client never touches a diffuser.

Every programme follows six stages: site assessment, scent selection, engineering and specification, installation and commissioning, managed service, and reporting and review.

Start with a lobby scent tier audit

Most programmes begin with an audit of what the building smells like today, what that scent is associated with, and what tier it signals to tenants and visitors. It gives owners a clear starting point before any proposal. About the lobby scent tier audit. Scent system maintenance is part of every programme: fragrance replenishment, calibration and servicing on schedule.
