Equal Strategy’s technicians handle every refill, adjustment and repair. A client never touches a diffuser.
5. Will we share a scent with anyone else?
No. Every client has its own signature scent. Since 2006, no two Equal Strategy clients have ever shared a scent.
6. Are the fragrances safe for occupied spaces?
All PrimeScents fragrances are made to IFRA standards and are alcohol-free, with intensity calibrated for all-day occupation. California-compliant formulations are available on request.
