Since 2006, no two Equal Strategy clients have ever shared a scent. Every signature scent is created for buildings and organisations in Singapore through our commercial scenting programme.
Why exclusivity matters
Catalogue fragrances are used in malls, gyms, hotels and washrooms across Singapore. When a Grade A lobby smells like those places, visitors place the building in that tier. A signature scent cannot be smelt anywhere else, so it only ever signals your building. How scent signals quality and value. It is scent branding and olfactory branding at building scale: signature scent development that gives a property its own sensory identity, as recognisable as a scent logo.
